I listened to this guys testimony regarding acting in the
ministry of a prophet. He use to get Dreams and visions
from God.
What he gets is not Always about "big things" happening
in the World, but often messages that concern single
persons and are given as a confirmation of what a person
is allready bothering about, or is wondering about - in
regard of what is Gods will, what is the right decision etc.
This is good education for us, and an inspiration, to start
hear from God to our or others / nearby peoples benefit.
